D. Steigers, Ph.D. |
Dr.
Steigers is Principal Project Manager with overall responsibility for
management of the firm. A certified wildlife biologist, Dr. Steigers has
more than 30 years of experience in environmental impact assessment and
permitting for utility and industrial development projects. Dr. Steigers'
work experience has focused on electrical power generation, mining operations,
and transmission line and gas pipeline development projects and on water
resources. |

Gauri
Seshadri |
Ms. Seshadri is a Chemical Engineer with specialty in air quality. She has 7 years of experience in planning and performing numerous field studies and data monitoring programs. Her research experience includes conducting particulate related health studies and addressing AP-42 emission factor issues. She is proficient with various types of air quality monitoring and analyses equipment. Her project experience includes preparation of air quality permit applications, regulatory analyses, and developing emission inventories. She also works closely with client personnel to address ongoing environmental compliance issues. In addition, Ms. Seshadri has conceived, designed, and implemented a comprehensive software solutions package that accomplishes the full spectrum of environmental compliance tasks for facilities with complex environmental operating permits. From the entering of daily metering data to real-time tracking of compliance status, the system provides a highly flexible tool to assure regulatory compliance is achieved and maintained. Ms. Seshadri manages the designing and implementation, client staff training programs, and ongoing system development. |

Telang |
Mr. Aseem Telang is an Environmental Engineer in Steigers Corporation’s Anchorage Office. Mr. Telang’s project work experience includes conducting engineering studies, preparing air quality permit applications, conducting federal and state regulatory analyses, and providing comprehensive support to clients to meet their environmental compliance objectives and needs. Mr. Telang also supports engineering-related functions including installation of air quality control equipment for power generation facilities and conducting research pertaining to the production and use of alternative fuels derived from fish waste. Mr. Telang’s previous work experience has focused on diesel engine power generation, emissions monitoring and testing, and environmental regulatory compliance.

Srinivas | Mr. Srinivas is a Senior Environmental Engineer with specialization in air quality modeling and environmental management. Mr. Srinivas has over 15 years of professional experience in environmental management including dispersion modeling, environmental impact assessment, permitting, source testing, compliance management, industrial pollution control, and urban and regional environmental management/modeling. He is responsible for managing projects, developing appropriate solutions to environmental problems, conducting regulatory analysis and air quality modeling, and providing assistance for permitting and compliance management for power generation, industrial, mining, water resources, and transportation sectors. Mr. Srinivas has excellent skills in dispersion modeling (ISCST3, AERMOD, CALPUFF, CAL3QHC), Title V and PSD permitting, control technology (BACT/MACT/LAER), emission inventory, and NEPA analysis including EIS/EA preparation, and environmental audits. In addition, his experience includes design of air pollution control systems, design of water and wastewater treatment systems, water quality permitting, watershed modeling, and noise monitoring. Mr. Srinivas also possesses excellent project management and training skills. | ||||||||||

C. Palm | Mr. Palm has been the Chief Financial Officer for Steigers Corporation for over 8 years. Prior to joining Steigers Corporation, he spent several years as the City Controller for the City of Cañon City. While owning and running his own CPA firm, Mr. Palm gained extensive experience in working with small businesses and helping them stay in compliance with government regulations. Mr. Palm maintains Steigers Corporation’s financial information, performs the company’s Human Resources functions, and provides support to projects by assisting in the preparation of and compliance with contracts for both clients and subcontractors as well as performing other project functions, as needed. Mr. Palm is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants.
