Steigers Compliance Management System
Steigers Compliance Management System (CMS) is a powerful compliance management tool that has been specifically designed to support facilities that operate under the Title V Air Quality Permit Program. The development of CMS and its Air Quality Module arose from Steigers’ knowledge and experience with regulatory permitting requirements and the need to support compliance managers with demanding reporting requirements under Title V. This product was developed within the Microsoft Access TM relational database application and is extremely user-friendly. It is specifically intended to support owner/operators of utility or industrial facilities and promotes achieving timely and accurate reporting obligations required by various regulatory permits. The product creates a uniform reporting infrastructure that streamlines data collection, management of compliance obligations, and reporting both from a regulatory and facility management perspective.

The CMS team performs standard configuration requirements to optimize the product to support your facility. The configuration requirements includes entry of the facility’s current stationary sources and makes provisions to readily update stationary source inventories. The facility’s source-specific emission factors and ratings are configured to support calculation for reporting the facility emissions. Training and product manuals are provided for selected users. The CMS team provides help line support telephonically and by email. Maintenance and support of the CMS solutions package is provided for the first year, and thereafter by maintenance agreement.
